The Client Success Representative is responsible for managing assigned clients of the organization to ensure contractual compliance and overall satisfaction.
Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, some flexibility required for evening or weekend projects
Location: must be local to Chicago and able to come into the Downtown Chicago office, or local to Dallas/Forth Worth area and able to come into our office in Coppell - can work remote the majority of the time.

DAY TO DAY
- Responsible for assisting the Client Relationship Coordinator
- Responsible for assisting Clients classified as lower level, low maintenance
- Customize the conversation and communicate with clients and other departments by telephone and email
- Step up and manage assigned clients of the organization to ensure contractual compliance and overall satisfaction
- Log client concerns, complaints, and requests
- Create and process reports using MS Office and other software systems
- Discuss client statements and billing reconciliations
- Go for the finish line and handle requests to close accounts or put accounts on hold
- Work the client support desk daily
- Recommend solutions for client concerns and get management involved when necessary
- Be a back up to all other Client Success Representatives in the department
WHAT YOU MUST POSSESS
Must Have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Customer Service, Collections, Tele-Marketing or Sales or related experience acceptable.
- Must have some experience dealing directly with Clients/Public.
- Experience navigating multiple systems and must be well-versed in Microsoft Office
Other Skills:
- Some college or college degree preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Ability to communicate effectively on telephone with clients and staff regarding status of accounts and request for information
- Must possess high quality customer service skills
- Must have a professional and ethical communication style
- Must also be goal driven and a team player
- Must be a fast learner who can be trained to use different computer-based systems for different clients
- Experience with CUBS (Columbia Ultimate Business Systems) collection system is a plus!
