Harris & Harris is seeking motivated full time Customer Care Representatives to aid our customers in finding solutions for their past due toll accounts.
Location : Remote or on-site at our office in Coppell, TX. All equipment provided, candidate will need direct / wired internet access (no wireless connections), and a quiet place to work.
Salary : $15.00 / hour, $16.00 / hour for Spanish Bilingual Candidates
Schedule : Must be available 8 : 00am to 6 : 00pm CST Monday through Friday, and 8 : 00am to 5 : 00pm Saturday. Shift within this timeframe will be assigned after two weeks of training.

Responsibilities :
The Customer Care Representative will help set up payment plans, document account issues, and assist with offering log term solutions to lower the amount due. The position requires regular attendance and punctuality.
