Job Summary
Concierge will serve as the ambassador to the campus site assisting patients and visitors with a myriad of needs from point of entry to point of exit. Primary responsibilities will include: wayfinding/facility directions; providing patient information; assisting with internal/external transportation needs; troubleshooting questions, concerns and/or issues; training and mentoring assigned volunteers; maintaining desk resources and departmental manuals; as well as other duties as assigned. Concierge will be cross-trained in various areas to ensure continuity and quality of service.
Minimum Qualifications
Degrees: Bachelor‘s Degree or equivalent Customer service experience
Work Experience: Two (2) years customer service, healthcare, or hospitality experience or combination of all three.
Language Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)
