Job Summary
The Service Line Manager for Operations reports to the Vice President, System Service Lines and is responsible for coordinating the operations of various Service Lines to deliver high value to patients. The Service Line Manager must effectively coordinate with leaders across the System in providing leadership and oversight for designated strategic activities. The Service Line Manager will provide leadership across the enterprise, collaborating effectively with physician leaders, health system leaders, and other stakeholders. The Service Line Manager will implement the vision and direction provided by leaders and advise them of plans and initiatives.
This position will oversee the Behavioral Health Service Line.

Minimum Qualifications
- Masters: MHA or MBA
- Bachelors
- 5 Years of Experience in healthcare
- 2 Years of Experience: 2- 3 years management in a healthcare environment
- Above Average Verbal Communication (Heavy Public Contact)
- Writing/Correspondence
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Medical Terminology Knowledge: Understanding of the healthcare continuum, healthcare operations, and related nomenclature.
