Summary
The Drains Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing a team of service experts. This role combines technical expertise in sewer and drains with strong customer service and supervisory skills. You will ensure the team delivers exceptional service, meets deadlines, and maintains a safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of Sewer and Drains experts.
- Train and develop team members on technical skills, customer service, and safety procedures.
- Prioritize, assign, and oversee daily tasks for the team.
- Ensure all jobs are completed according to specifications and meet customer expectations.
- Conduct regular job site inspections and maintain safety protocols.
- Schedule and manage equipment and materials for upcoming jobs.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with team members, customers, and management.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints.
- Diagnose and address drainage issues
- Troubleshoot and solve technical problems and assist the team when issues arise.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in sewer and liner repair (preferred)
- Proven ability to lead and supervise a team, ideally 2 years as a supervisor
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in using iPads and Service Titan
- Working knowledge of relevant equipment, tools, and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
