What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Assistant/Scheduling Coordinator position at Harris Home Care?
Office assistant duties include but are not limited to:
Candidate should have scheduling knowledge in order to complete scheduling coordinator's duties (scheduling for multiple clients, answering phone, etc..) if needed. Being proficient in Microsoft Office is a plus (excel, word etc..). Creating spreadsheets for new clients, filling, faxing, and other general office duties. Must have excellent communication and documentation skills.
