Harris ML Group is an authorized franchise with Jani-King commercial cleaning services. We are seeking an experienced, reliable and self efficient janitorial technician to join our team! You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, tracking and monitoring supply inventory etc. This account is a one day a week cleaning account. Estimated cleaning time is 2 hours.
Responsibilities:
- Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition
- Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors
- Perform routine maintenance tasks
- Organize custodial closets and spaces
- Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
- must be available to work on Friday nights or Saturday
Qualifications:
- Ability to stand for 2-3 hours consecutively.
- Ability to handle a physical workload.
- Ability to lift 15 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail a must.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Commerical cleaning experience is highly desired but not mandatory.
Salary : $22 - $30
