Our dynamic medical malpractice law firm is seeking a Legal Assistant who can bring their skills, professionalism, and a touch of personality to our close-knit team. What You'll Do :
- Support Our Attorneys : Assist with drafting, proofreading, preparing exhibits, and filing legal documents.
- Scheduling : Be the master of the calendar! You'll handle all scheduling, including depositions, expert consultations, client meetings, attorney phone calls, and case deadlines, ensuring everyone is where they need to be (and when they need to be there).
- Dictation Management : Transcribe and organize dictations from attorneys promptly and accurately.
- Keep Us Organized : Manage case files, maintain calendars, track deadlines and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- General Office Support : Handle administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
