Responsibilities Include:
- Responsible for setting up, monitoring, and adjusting oven temperature and time controls.
- Examining product during and after baking to ensure product quality.
- Loading and unloading product from the oven for the next step in the manufacturing process.
- Organizing and placing oven racks in designated areas.
- Keeping the work area clean, sanitary, and organized.
- All safety procedures must be followed at all times.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Ability to work and interact with managers and supervisors
- Demonstrate computer knowledge
- Follow GMP and food safety procedures and policies
- Must be able to work unsupervised and demonstrate personal accountability
- Must be able to work independently and manage time schedule
- Maintain a good attendance and safety record
- Demonstrates effective English reading/writing /communication skills
- Demonstrates critical thinking skills
- Demonstrates strong and effective presentation skills
- Knowledge of basic math skills
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
- Ability to effectively move 2000 pound oven rack
- Knowledge of GMPS and Food safety regulations
- Ability to work independently
- Great Time Management skills
Ability to work a rotating shift ( Schedule as follow ) :
Monday-Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm
Monday-Friday 3:00pm to 11:30pm
Sunday-Thursday 11:00pm-7:30am
