This unit features a 6:1 patient-to-nurse ratio, allowing you to play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- Utilize cutting-edge technology to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must have:
- A valid RN license in NC or a compact state
- AHA Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire
- AHA ACLS certification within 12 months of hire
- At least one year of experience in a Med/Surg setting (preferred)
