Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all aspects of mechanical insulation projects from planning to execution and ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, quality and safety standards.
- Provide field crew with detailed information on the project’s scope and requirements
- Managing and organizing all necessary materials for jobs.
- Supervising crews on the job sites, providing technical support and guidance, and setting standards for job’s execution
- Interacting with client production personnel, installers, subcontractors
- Executing production checks
- Managing change orders
- Monitoring and enforcing safety to ensure compliance with all regulations
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in Project Management in the construction industry is preferred.
- Associate’s Degree required (Bachelor’s Degree preferred).
- Ability to travel - this position will require 60%-70% of travel to client sites throughout Illinois.
- Leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Background in construction, insulation, or the trades is preferred.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Salary : $60,000 - $65,000
