We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Order Picker to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing orders for shipment, ensuring that all products are handled with care and organized effectively. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
• Utilize handheld scanners or other technology to track inventory and manage order fulfillment
• Ensure that all items are correctly labeled and organized for shipping.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are maintained.
• Report any discrepancies or issues with orders to management promptly.

Experience

• Previous experience in a warehouse or order picking environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems or handheld scanning devices is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds safely.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 42 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
