Direct Care Staff Positions Available – Tampa, FL

We provide care for 6 teenage females in foster care, helping them navigate life with support, compassion, and guidance. This is more than a job—it’s a chance to create a positive impact in a family-oriented work environment.

Start Date:

• Virtual Interviews Begin: Tuesday, 02/21/2025
• Start Date: The following week for qualified candidates

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.50 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Night shift

• The starting pay for this position is $13.50/hour. This rate applies regardless of prior experience or educational background.

However, there is an opportunity for a pay increase after completing the 90-day probationary period. In some cases, exceptional job performance may lead to a raise before the 90-day period ends.
