Customer Service/Delivery Driver

Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely and safe delivery. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as well as the ability to handle heavy lifting and operate various types of equipment.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate delivery vehicles, including those with manual transmission.
• Load and unload products using pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Ensure all deliveries are made in a timely manner while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.
• Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on delivery status.
• Handle heavy lifting and moving of goods as required.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Experience as a delivery driver is preferred.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles.
• Familiarity with commercial driving regulations.
• Proficiency in using pallet jacks and forklifts is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients.
• Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks related to loading and unloading products.
• Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently.
