The Marketing Operations Specialist coordinates client marketing plans and aligns team resources for timely project execution. Our team operates as an internal marketing agency that requires strong communication and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. By partnering with our internal clients’ administrative teams, this person plays a consultative role to help bridge client priorities with recommendations from a variety of marketing SMEs.

    • Maintain and update marketing production reports

    • Gain understanding of the HW marketing team structure, roles and responsibilities within each team
    • Ask questions along to way to deepen your understanding of M&A process
Desired Job Specific Competencies, Education And Experience

  • Minimum 5-7 years’ experience operating within marketing production teams, ideally in an agency environment
  • Experience working with marketing automation software systems, e.g. Jira, Asana, etc.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and ability to work well in a consultative environment
  • Independent thinker with a solutions-oriented approach
  • Organized and detail oriented with the ability to manage shifting timelines with a client-facing attitude
  • Adaptable and objective under pressure


Minimum Qualifications

  • Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
  • Bachelor’s degree in communication, advertising, or marketing
