The purpose of your role as a Technology Program Manager
As a Technology Program Manager, you will develop and manage technology program plans, including setting objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Manage Business Relationship Management (BRM) framework, develop and execute program plans, and ensure alignment of projects with program goals. This role involves coordinating with project managers, monitoring progress, managing risks and dependencies, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
This role can be performed from our corporate headquarters in St. Paul, MN or a Harris regional office location. This role will be on-site initially, with opportunity for hybrid-remote arrangement after initial training period. Remote arrangement may be considered for highly qualified applicants. Some travel is required in this role (10-15%).
PMO Management:
- Develop and manage technology program plans, including setting objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Provide Business Relationship Management (BRM) framework setup and ongoing management.
- Coordinate and collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are on track and aligned with the overall program goals.
- Identify and manage program risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Monitor program progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
- Lead program review meetings and facilitate decision-making processes.
- Manage program budgets and resources, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.
- Implement best practices and methodologies for program management.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Provide technical support and management to all tech group and key Enterprise level PMO projects and programs.
- Provide data analytics, KPIs and dashboards for project controls and monitoring.
- Be the lead PM on select projects.
- Plan, deploy and ensure conformity for project financials with Finance department.
Technical Administration:
- Own and master the PMO tools and provide onboarding and ongoing training on the toolsets.
- Provide ongoing vendor management. RFPs, scorecards, renewals and migrations.
- Create and manage PM templates.
- Provide support on mergers & acquisitions.
Research & Development:
- Provide additional testing and pilots to support technology implementations.
- Seek opportunities to utilize AI tools to streamline daily admin activities.
- Research trends and remain current in process improvement and technology solutions that could support and improve company operations.
What we're looking for in you
- Associate’s degree in business, technology, or related field. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 6 years of experience working on large scale projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests from the business.
- 5 years of proven project management experience in construction or technology industries
- 4 years of construction industry knowledge/experience
- 4 years of experience diagnosing and resolving business process issues and problems.
- 4 years of experience analyzing emerging trends and recommending solutions
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Pay Range: $86,681 - $130,022
The actual salary offer will vary by candidate based on a wide range of factors such as specific skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
