What are the responsibilities and job description for the ADJUNCT FACULTY - AUTOMOTIVE TECHNOLOGY position at Harrisburg Area Community College?
Job Summary : Adjunct faculty are part-time (classroom or on-line) faculty hired to teach on a semester basis.
Minimum Qualifications :
Minimum Education and Experience : Bachelor's degree in related field and 3 years industry experience OR Associates degree and 5 years industry experience. Some certifications may be needed for certain courses including ASE Master, L1, G1 or refrigerant.
Licensing Requirements : Please note that all teaching faculty are required to comply with PA Act 15. You will need to present completed clearances and training certificates at the time of hire. Please visit (and scroll to PA Act 15 Clearances) for more information.
