Job Summary : Administers and oversees support activities for the HACC Foundation, including gift and pledge processing, donor relations, etc. Handles fundraising reporting as it relates to the Foundation donor ERP. Manages reconciliations between donor ERP and Foundation Finance ERP by project. Coordinates year-end audit and reports to assist the Vice President of College Advancement as it relates to donors and fundraising. Evaluates, recommends, and ensures good internal processes are in place and being followed; ensures compliance with all FASB, state and federal laws and regulations; supervises, mentors, and provides technical assistance to staff; and provides overall department backup and support as needed.
Minimum Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree and 5 years experience, including 2 years supervisory / management experience.

Leads the Foundation Support Services Department. Provides leadership, guidance, supervision, recommends policy and procedures, and efficiency review and improvement for area functions. Develops operational procedures and documentation of data flow, development of system controls to ensure data integrity. Stays abreast of changes in legislation and FASB / nonprofit pronouncements. Coordinates the activities of the team to address these changes and meet the business needs of college. - (Essential)Directs functions related to database management in the Foundation ERP, gift processing, research and reporting. Maintains and oversees aspects of Foundation donor ERP system by maintaining appropriate controls through controlling access screens, troubleshooting problems and coordinating solutions for meeting new needs. Develops, implements, tests and trains on new and revised system updates and creates reports to improve process efficiencies through the ERP system. - (Essential)Reviews and approves work products before they leave the department, including reviewing transactions and adjustments, coordinating with the Director of Finance to make sure that Foundation donor ERP matches Finance ERP. - (Essential)Maintains accuracy of charges, credits, payments, and refunds and oversees the reconciliation and error correction of the gifts / donations sub-ledger to finance. - (Essential)Learns and regularly covers duties related to Gift Processing, Scholarship Coordination and Emergency Assistance.
