Job Summary : The Prison Education Coordinator supports the educational programs within state and county correctional facilities by coordinating, organizing, and assisting with program logistics. This role involves collaborating closely with the Dean, Admissions, Financial Aid and other student support offices, as well as working within correctional environments to ensure program effectiveness and student success.
Minimum Qualifications :
Associates degree from an accredited institution and 2 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of the criminal justice system and reform issues, and willingness to learn more about these issues.
Licensing Requirements :
Hiring Range : $48,182 - $60,227
Preferred Qualifications : Experience with incarcerated populations.
