This position will be responsible for learning the various steps involved in the creation and execution of our community outreach campaigns in the local area. We are looking for an Entry Level Assistant Manager to provide sales support by creating, devising, and implementing strategic marketing plans for our key accounts. The Entry Level Assistant Manager will be required to assist with pricing plans, customer interactions, and carrying out research to identify new sales leads. To ensure success, the Entry Level Assistant Manager will utilize their customer-centric initiatives to result in optimized performance.
Entry Level Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Increase community awareness of available promotions and services through interactive outreach initiatives
- Participate in classroom training sessions and product knowledge seminars.
- Educate community members on available services
- Qualify buyers by using the buyer requirement standards and company policies
- Enhance our client's reputation by using top-notch customer service skills
- Team management and mentorship
- Closely work with the CEO and company managers to strategize marketing and advertising
- Set an example as a front-line representative between consumers and corporate clientele
- Train and develop promotional staff in assigned campaigns
Entry Level Assistant Manager Requirements:
- Ability to talk with others and convey information in an effective and professional manner
- Ability to actively listen; giving full attention to what customers are saying
- Ability to take detailed consumer information quickly and accurately
- Experience in sales, marketing, client acquisition, or product development is a plus but not required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required (preferably in Marketing / Business / or related field)
- Adapts easily to a changing environment
- Manages multiple tasks/projects simultaneously and makes it look easy

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $750.00 - $1,250.00 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
