MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
All applicants must possess a valid PA teaching certificate in the area of Reading Specialist; knowledge and understanding of best instructional practices to teach fundamental and developmental concepts of reading and diagnostic/prescriptive reading services and; the ability to engage students actively in the learning process; excellent oral and written communication skills, computer skills, and organizational skills; and a desire to work in an urban school district.
