MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
All applicants must possess a valid PA certificate in the area of School Counseling; capability of working with students and adults displaying a variety of emotions including fear, anger and aggression in controlled, uncontrolled and unpredictable situations; excellent oral and written communication skills, computer skills, and organizational skills; and an interest in urban education.
