Responsibilities
The CRM Analyst II:
- Work closely with university functional units to analyze business processes, workflows, and data requirements. Identify areas for improvement and provide solutions that align with institutional goals and objectives based on industry trends.
- Elicit and document detailed functional and technical requirements from stakeholders. Develop comprehensive system documentation, including user stories, process flow diagrams, and system specifications
- Collaborate with CRM team to design, test, and implement system solutions. Provide ongoing support during system rollouts, ensuring proper training, data migration, and user adoption.
- Continuously assess and evaluate existing systems and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvements and increased efficiency. Recommend and implement system upgrades or new technologies as needed.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Conduct training sessions for end-users, helping them understand system functionality and encouraging effective use of technology to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Build communications including the creation and editing of content, updating HTML in emails templates, building and updating translation tables and content blocks. Utilize Deliver, Content Blocks, Translation Tables, Rules, Populations, Slate Print, Events, Scheduler, Ping, Portals and Forms on a regular basis. Develop queries and reports to monitor campaign and event performance.
- Share responsibility with others on the CRM team for the maintenance, support, and enhancement of the Slate CRM; this includes implementing new features and functionalities, updating system configurations, and identifying and resolving system issues.
- Lead efforts to standardize data input, ensure system-wide synchronization, and establish data governance protocols.
- Assist in the development, management, and deployment of system rules, applications, forms and portals. Design, implement, and optimize automated workflows, form creation, and query building within Slate. Utilize advanced technical skills to create custom reporting tools, dynamic dashboards, and automated processes to support admission cycles, event management, and other critical functions.
- Research and learn emerging technologies and techniques to continuously improve implementation of systems and workflows
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
The CRM Analyst II Has
- B.S. in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience enough to perform the essential duties of the job.
- Preferred qualifications include 3 to 5 years’ experience with Technolutions Slate and experience in college/university admission or other enrolment management areas.
- Working knowledge of SQL, HTML/CSS, and Liquid Markup
- Experience in designing and deploying complex, automated marketing campaigns
- Experience in managing complex technical projects to completion.
- Attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and strong organization skills.
- Ability to self-start and thrive in a lean-team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Knowledge of system integration practices and experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to use strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Skill in writing queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
