Position Summary
Manages e-resources and electronic services for the library. Supports the life cycle of electronic resources including trials, subscriptions, activating/deactivating, and troubleshooting. Maintains licensing agreements and contracts within established budget. Manages interlibrary loan services and the university’s institutional repository. Conducts assessments of collections and operations to support data-driven decision making and prepares reports for internal and external reporting requirements. Develops policies and workflows. Maintains awareness of new and emerging technical standards and keeps current on enhancements to library systems. Writes and maintains documentation for policies and procedures. Creates online instructional materials. Assists in the customization and maintenance of LibApps applications. Answers reference questions and serves as back up for instructional sessions. Communicates effectively with external and internal audiences. Participates in library special projects or on working groups.

- Master’s of Library Science from an ALA accredited program or equivalent
- Two years’ experience with e-resources management
- Ability to customize Springshare products (e.g. LibGuides)
- Experience or aptitude with EBSCO Admin OR Ex Libris Alma and Primo
- Experience or aptitude with ILL systems such as OCLC WorldShare
- Ability to answer reference questions
- Ability or aptitude to conduct workshops
- Ability/willingness to work late afternoon/early evening hours.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
