We are looking for an equally motivated, competitive individual to join our team as an investment banking senior analyst.
The ideal candidate will have at least six months of experience in investment banking, consulting, leveraged finance, or other relevant financial services positions. At Harrison Co., you will be part of a close-knit junior team but will have the opportunity to work directly with clients and senior staff while preparing models and drafting CIMs.
If you are an experienced investment banker who wants to charge hard but would prefer to live somewhere other than New York or Los Angeles, Harrison Co. is hiring for positions at its headquarter office in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Typical responsibilities of an investment banking analyst (e.g., problem solving, writing, drafting marketing materials, financial modeling, valuation, research, etc.)
- Client and buyer contact (e.g., information requests, managing data rooms, buyer outreach, client meetings, etc.)
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree with a strong academic track record
- Ability to think critically and write persuasively
- Highly proficient using Excel in a work environment
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- You will be expected to pass the FINRA Series 79 exam (Investment Banking Representative)
