Growing firm with offices in multiple states is seeking an Architect for their team in Appleton, Wisconsin!
Responsibilities :
- Perform complex architectural / design assignments through innovative professional knowledge and design concepts
- Produce equipment schedules and quantity take-off reports
- Establish design direction, develop technical drawings / specifications, and project schedule / budget
- Manage projects of all sizes and complexities
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Keep current on architectural methods, codes, processes and materials
- Evaluate alternative systems / methods by conducting complex feasibility and operating studies
- Ensure assigned projects meet quality control standards
- Assist with business development and completion of proposals
- Approve correspondence including standard AIA contracts
- Develop / implement company drawing standards
- Adhere to client drawing standards
- Travel to job sites as needed
- Meet budgets / deadlines
- Mentor / train junior staff
Requirements :
Salary is commensurate with experience.
