Leading architectural and engineering firm is adding an Architect experienced in lab design to their San Francisco team!
Responsibilities :
- Develop plans for lab and high-tech facilities including teaching / research
- Working as part of a team, develop flexible planning grids, lab organization diagram and service distribution concepts
- Document laboratory systems (casework, lab equipment, and lab space development)
- Manage multiple small to medium-sized projects (negotiate project scope / fees, job production / quality, fee management)
- Assist with business development (proposal development, client interviews / presentations)
- Build / maintain client relationships
- Use technical expertise to lead team
- Mentor junior staff
Requirements :
Salary is commensurate with experience.
