An industry leading multidisciplinary team is looking for a Structural Department Manager for their Pittsburgh Pennsylvania team!
Responsibilities :
- Provide resources to project managers to successfully execute projects
- Establish work plans / estimates for staff assigned projects
- Oversee production of work product to ensure it meets quality standards
- Supervise projects / staff
- Manage client expectations / communications
- Maintain backlogs / manpower forecasts to ensure proper staffing levels and department utilization
- Assist HR with recruitment / training
- Build / maintain client relationships
- Participate in trade organizations
- Assist with business development including preparing / assisting with presentations
Requirements :
Salary is commensurate with experience.
