A multi-discipline engineering firm with over 50 years in business is looking for a Senior Water / Wastewater Engineer for their Milwaukee office! This position may be worked remotely!
Responsibilities :
- Serve as lead design engineer for a variety of multi-disciplined, complex public / private water and wastewater projects
- Coach / mentor junior staff
- Project manager duties including evaluating scope / scheduling requirements, coordinate planning strategies, and provide quality assurance and quality control
- Develop a strategic market development plan
- Build / maintain client relationships
- Look for business development opportunities
- Actively participate in professional associations
- Represent company at trade shows / conferences
Requirements :
Salary is commensurate with experience.
