The HDS team fabricates exceptional restorations, including: dental bridges, crowns, implants, splints, dentures, veneers and more. Our lab is filled with industry experts, so you will have the opportunity to rapidly expand your dental industry knowledge and develop a career you can be proud of.
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative. The work hours for this position are 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday - Friday. In this role you will have the opportunity to utilize your skills to help improve the quality of life and smiles in our community.
Responsibilities
- Open incoming cases
- Schedule new cases
- Package completed dental products
- Assist with billing
- Answer phones and e-mail communications
Desired Skills and Abilities
- Pleasant, professional and friendly manner with excellent interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
- Accurate with great attention to detail
- Strong team player
Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year or more of previous office experience
- Experience and demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office and CSM software
- Prior education and/or experience in the field of dentistry is a plus
