HR Support Administrator I
Job Requirements include but are not limited:
- Proficiency in basic computer programs, such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Consistency in meeting deadlines
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, diplomacy, and the highest level of discretion
- 1-2 years of HRIS administration experience (preferably including ATS, but not mandatory)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks accurately with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
Job Duties include but are not limited:
- Must be proficient in basic computer programs, such as Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

- Ability to work with a diverse group of people
- Ability to prioritize and follow through
- Assist with the efficient day-to-day operations of the P & C team
- Provide support throughout the new hire and termination process
- Assist in basic benefits administration and qualifying events: Medical/Dental/Vision, Supplemental insurance, 401k, including internal audits
- Assist in the maintenance and retention of employee files
- Maintain details in the HRIS/ATS (Human Resource Information System/Applicant Tracking System)
- Assist in implementation of services, policies, and employee programs
- Employment verifications
- Plan company-wide virtual events
- Assist with company surveys and Best Self Review set up and facilitation
- Assist in onboarding coordination and act as back up for orientation sessions
- Assist in termination tasks
- Audit and communication employee location changes to appropriate teams
- Special projects as needed

Education Requirements: Bachelors degree in Human Resources or Business Admin preferred but not mandatory
