Position Overview :

Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and reconcile accounts in QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements tailored to client needs.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, providing timely updates to clients.
- Handle all aspects of bill pay, including setup, tracking, and ensuring timely payment of personal and business expenses.
- Record and categorize expenses accurately, maintaining detailed records for reporting and tax purposes.
- Manage light payroll activities, including payment scheduling, tax compliance, and benefits tracking.
- Ensure payroll accuracy and liaise with external providers as needed.
