Position Overview : The Commercial Lines Agent is accountable for delivering high-quality and efficient service. As part of a successful and supportive team, you will strive to exceed clients' expectations. In this role, you will be crucial in helping clients protect their businesses. You will work both independently and as part of a team to service clients.
Primary Responsibilities Include :
- Provide high-quality customer service
- Quoting and selling commercial line policies to meet client needs
- Remarketing accounts
- Managing the sales cycle throughout the whole process (quoting, issuing, reviewing for accuracy, and policy delivery)
- Daily servicing, endorsements, certificates, phone calls, and emails
- Building relationships with carrier partners
- Proficiently maintaining the agency management system and setting up new clients in Ezlynx
- Promptly responding to requests from clients, carriers, and internal staff
- Proactively reviewing clients' insurance for accuracy and identifying gaps for additional or alternate coverage based on client needs
