Harrison Gray Search has partnered with the largest commercial and industrial electrical contractor in the Southeastern United States.
We are seeking a BIM Project Manager to lead Building Information Modeling (BIM) efforts for mega-sized construction projects ($200M ) . This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination between operations and BIM resources, driving quality, efficiency, and adherence to project schedules.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage BIM processes for large-scale construction projects ($200M ).
- Act as the primary BIM representative and point of contact for General Contractors.
- Attend project meetings, ensuring alignment between Operations and BIM resources .
- Delegate work effectively, ensuring timely project execution and avoiding schedule delays.
- Take ownership of the BIM aspects of projects, ensuring accountability for outcomes.
- Review BIM deliverables for quality, contract scope compliance, and adherence to company standards .
- Travel to job sites as needed to support project requirements.
