Harrison Gray Search is recruiting on behalf of an elite client seeking a highly skilled Commercial Lines Account Manager to provide top-tier service and support in managing a book of business. This role requires independent decision-making, strategic planning, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with producers and clients to manage and service commercial accounts.
- Evaluate existing coverage, recommend policy enhancements, and identify cross-sell opportunities.
- Oversee and coordinate renewal strategies, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Negotiate with carriers and prepare applications, endorsements, and policy audits.
- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and utilize technology tools such as EPIC, Salesforce, and Outlook.
- Act independently in client meetings, advising on strategy, risk exposure, and coverage solutions.
- Monitor and track renewal timeframes, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Process binders, certificates, and policy changes with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to Associate Account Executives and support staff.
- Stay informed on industry trends, legislative changes, and new insurance products.
