Harrison Gray Search has partnered with a rapidly growing and dynamic independent insurance agency located in Shelby Township, MI. They are expanding their team and are looking for an experienced full-time CSR to support their Commercial Lines business.
Responsibilities :
- Partner with Commercial Lines Account Managers to service an assigned book of business, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist clients with policy changes, renewals, endorsements, and billing inquiries.
- Collaborate with underwriters, producers, and other team members to ensure accurate and efficient processing of policies.
- Prepare and distribute certificates of insurance, binders, and other policy-related documents.
- Partner with Account Managers to review client accounts, ensuring coverage aligns with their business needs
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions within agency management system (AMS 360)
