Position Overview :
This role oversees the fireplace installation team, ensuring adherence to manufacturer guidelines, company policies, and safety regulations while prioritizing customer satisfaction. The position involves leadership, training, operational management, customer interaction, and project oversight.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership & Development : Train and mentor installation team members, implementing programs focused on safety, efficiency, and technical expertise.
- Policy & Procedure Enforcement : Maintain and improve operational policies to enhance productivity and ensure compliance. Assign tasks effectively and monitor execution.
- Installation Oversight : Supervise the safe and efficient installation of various fireplace brands. Conduct field visits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Customer Coordination : Collaborate with the customer service team to manage scheduling and resolve client concerns professionally.
- Project & Safety Supervision : Perform job site visits, work with sales teams to ensure successful installations, and enforce OSHA compliance and fleet safety regulations.

Salary : $90,000 - $140,000
