Position Overview
The Trust Officer oversees the management and administration of diverse wealth management trust accounts, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Process client distribution requests and manage cash / asset distributions.
- Maintain professional relationships with beneficiaries, advisors, and service providers.
- Oversee trust tax returns and annual account reviews.
- Prepare materials for trust committee evaluations.
- Administer a complex portfolio, including personal and pooled trust accounts.
