Responsibilities:
- Review and process policies, endorsements, and audits
- Prepare and issue certificates of insurance
- Request and analyze motor vehicle reports (MVRs) and update driver records
- Coordinate policy endorsements with insurance carriers
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly and thoroughly to client inquiries and requests
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required
- 1 years of experience in commercial lines account management preferred
- Active Property & Casualty License required
