Harrison Gray Search has partnered with a fast-growing multi-family office as they look to add a licensed Portfolio Admin Specialist to their team in Phoenix.

Position Overview:
- Execute security trades in client investment accounts based on guidance from advisors, factoring in asset allocation targets, tax considerations, and other relevant criteria
- Input trade details into portfolio management and rebalancing software
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within portfolio systems
- Reconcile and document trading activity
- Support client cash transaction requests
- Coordinate with custodians and other external partners
- Prepare periodic internal reports for leadership and compliance team
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in the financial services industry, ideally within investment or wealth management
- Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related discipline such as Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Familiarity with portfolio management tools (e.g., rebalancing software, CRM platforms, portfolio accounting systems)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented, with a service-minded and collaborative approach
- Experience using Microsoft Excel in a financial or analytical setting
- Series 65 is a plus
