This is a unique opportunity to work across retail, commercial, restaurant, and hospitality industries, managing custom fabrication projects from concept to completion. We are seeking a talented, detail-oriented, and creative problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee projects from initiation to completion, including estimating, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project progression.
- Work closely with production teams to meet cost, timeline, and quality expectations.
- Utilize E2 software for project tracking, documentation, and coordination.
- Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring expectations are met at the highest standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain clear communication with the project coordinator to ensure administrative efficiency.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 7-10 years of project management experience, preferably in custom fabrication, retail, or hospitality industries.
- Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and construction methods.
- Experience with estimating is highly preferred; candidates with a solid understanding of fabrication who can be trained in estimating will be considered.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and sometimes chaotic setting—flexibility and adaptability are key.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
