Position Overview:
- Organize, manage, and maintain accurate electronic and paper filing systems for tax returns, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and efficient retrieval of documents
- Prepare exhibits and draft tax agreements, collaborating with team members to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Generate and issue invoices in a timely manner, proactively following up on outstanding payments
- Accurately process tax payments, verifying details to maintain financial integrity and compliance with tax obligations
- Monitor, track, and complete tasks within Salesforce, maintaining up-to-date records and ensuring seamless workflow management
- Provide support on administrative projects
Required Qualifications:
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
- Proficiency in composing professional business correspondence
- Capability to multitask and support multiple advisors across tax and family office services
- Ability to manage quick-turnaround tasks and shifting priorities with critical thinking and appropriate responses
- Highly organized with effective self-review skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Confidence in collaborating with advisors and clients to execute tasks
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Adobe, and Word
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in tax-related roles
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Familiarity with Salesforce

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive compensation commensurate with experience
