Maintenance Technician

Work Hours

We work Monday - Thursday from 06:00 am - 4:30 pm. Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are off. If we do work a Friday, it is 10 hours of overtime.

Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities maintenance and possess a diverse skill set that includes hydraulic profeciency, general electrical familiarity, and PLC experience. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair tasks.

Duties

• Perform routine repairs on hydraulic presses.
• Troubleshoot and repair various systems, including logic controllers and other mechanical equipment.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs.

Experience

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity of electrical systems, welding, and A/C units is preferred.
• Familiarity with logic controllers and the ability to read schematics is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining high-quality standards in all tasks performed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.50 - $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
