Job Requirements :
Develop comprehensive project plans, establish clear goals and objectives, and create timelines and budgets for HR initiatives.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with diverse teams to ensure alignment on project objectives, tasks, and priorities.
Regularly monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and proactively implement solutions to keep projects on track.
Evaluate project outcomes against predefined metrics and KPIs to ensure alignment with HR and organizational objectives.
Optimize resource allocation, manage project budgets, and ensure efficient utilization of available resources to achieve project deliverables.
Provide timely and transparent updates to key stakeholders and senior management regarding project status, challenges, and milestones.
This position is an individual contributor with no direct reports but may provide guidance, leadership, or training to others.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
5 years of prior relevant experience
