THIS IS AN ONSITE POSITION 5 DAYS A WEEK IN COLUMBIA, MD
Responsibilities
•This will be a full time role and focuses in the Mortgage industry.
•Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
•Conduct regular surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment.
•Act as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and promote a positive work culture.
Communication and Collaboration:
•Communicate effectively with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams ensure a cohesive approach to the employee experience.
•Foster open communication channels to address concerns and maintain a positive working relationship.
Analysis and Reporting:
•Analyze engagement data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
•Prepare and present reports on employee engagement metrics to leadership.
Qualifications
•The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in human resources, with a focus on employee engagement, HRBP roles, or talent management.
•Mortgage or sales industry experience preferred.
•Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
•Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
•Familiarity with modern employee engagement strategies.
