We are now looking for a Director of Home Health who will be responsible for our overall Home Health division. This position will lead the overall Home Health Division.

SUMMARY : Oversight of Harrison Senior Living's Home Health division : Harrison Health at Home. This includes management of all functions including but not limited to nursing services, meals, transportation, etc. The patient / resident experience will require close management, making an understanding of hospitality and customer service critical. Compliance, reimbursement and other facets of this business are also vitally important. An eagerness to rapidly grow this business in its three states of licensure through addition of new clients and new services will be essential to the required character of this position's occupant.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Supervises all home health team members, and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the facility policies, practices, procedures, and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
