As a Medication Aide at Harrison Springs Health Campus, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our residents. Your responsibilities will include preparing, administering, and documenting medications, as well as maintaining accurate records of resident activities and observations. You will also be responsible for following facility policies and procedures regarding medication disposal.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Certified License for QMA (Qualified Medication Aide) or CMA (Certified Medication Aide). Experience working in long-term care or home care settings is also highly desirable. Additionally, you will need to have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
