**Job Description**
">As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA), you will be responsible for providing high-quality resident care, including personal hygiene activities, turning, lifting, positioning, and transporting residents when needed. You will also participate in daily nursing reports and take detailed notes, while observing and reporting changes in residents' condition and making independent decisions when necessary.
