As an LPN at Trilogy, you will contribute to the assessment of patients in collaboration with Registered Nurses, administer medications, perform routine lab tests, educate patients and families about disease treatment plans, and identify safety hazards to keep residents safe.
To be considered, you must have a BLS Provider certification within one month of hire date, a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse license prior to hire date, and a high school diploma or GED.
