**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our team at Harrison Trail Health Campus. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality resident care and support, while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

**Responsibilities**

As a CNA, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assisting residents with mobility and transferring them safely.
• Participating in daily nursing reports and taking detailed notes.
• Observing and reporting changes in residents' condition and making independent decisions when necessary.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A current, unencumbered, state nurse aide license.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
• A desire to help people and work with a team to make it happen.
