**Responsibilities**
">As a CNA, your responsibilities will include:
">- Providing personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assisting residents with mobility and transferring them safely.
- Participating in daily nursing reports and taking detailed notes.
- Observing and reporting changes in residents' condition and making independent decisions when necessary.
**Requirements**
">To be successful in this role, you must have:
">- A current, unencumbered, state nurse aide license.
